what is this when I lay out in the sun?
When I lay out in the sun and it's really hot, I sometimes get that goosebump feeling...not chills, but a goosebump feeling. Does anyone know what that is?

It is your skin reacting to heat to start the cooling-down process, Its sort of like goosebumps in reverse if you like. the skin sort of expands and contracts to let cool air over more of it.

I was wondering if that was dehydration or the skin getting cooked or something.

Pretty sure it isn't that, but still, drink lots when you sunbake, it will dry out your skin big time.
