Dieting suggestions?

Hey guys,
Ive always tried to eat healthy. I am at 172 pounds and want to be a toned 175. What froms of Protein should I eat? Any good diet plans you can suggest. I like to have a few drinks over the weekend and i workout 3-4 days a week using a core training program from a football program.

thanx any ideas will be appreciated.
