This all started afew weeks ago,after i was straining in the bathroom.
Right before i pass gas i get a severe stomach pain like someone is stabbing me.
Now on the under side on my anus(underneath toward the front) is very sore and it hurts when i walk sit or do any activity that involves moving my legs.It hurts real bad if i clinch my checks or flex now also .its a very sharp pain.
