I am having some strange symptoms that I am hoping someone can help me with. I havea swollen gland(?) right where the pulse is in your neck. It is hard. No idea what that is. I am not even sure it is a gland, just a hard lump right over the pulse. Also I have occasional night sweats, get tired easier than usual, and i have sores in my mouth from dentures. I do not havea fever or anything like that. This has been going on for a few months now. Thanks for everyhone's help!

Hi there, those Glands are nothing to be worried about. I have two; one at the left side of my neck and one to the right, I noticed them about 5 years ago(when I was 11) and asked my dad, he says there nothing to worry about and most people have them. There there for no reason basically.

About the night sweats, I don't think myself that they have anything to do with your Glands.

Is the area near your Glands swollen? Red rash? etc...?
