Low heart rate, shallow breathing
I can't seem to catch my breath today, and I'm so tired. I took my bp, and its 105/78 with a heart rate of 44. I know this sounds weird, but I don't even feel like breathing. When I do breathe its very shallow. I have to remind myself to inhale! My husband says its hot today and may be the weather, and I would feel better if I turned on the AC. I don't think that's it. Is it because a low heart rate?

Yes, I have been on Synthroid for many years.

Hi Kelly,
don't you think it would be a good idea to call your dr and be re-evaluated for your condition?
maybe your medication needs to be regulated again.
do you have asthma?
If you're not recieving enough oxygen, you will have a hard time breathing.
low iron can also cause weakness too.

I would call your dr. if I were you.
