I have been using an old lawn mower for years and after I mow with it I had a terrible headache. I am sure there is something wrong with its combustion and I'm unsure whether this can cause brain damage? Can it?

i am very susceptible to headaches, and if your lawn mower is very noisy, vibrates, or smells of petrol, this could easily bring on a headache. try swapping your mower for a model that you can push, or a flymo.
