| Re: Can something wrong happen when you get your foot numb many days?
considering the way your legs are, this would really throw off your entire lower and upper torso as well.have you ever actually had an MRI done on the lower back area?this could reveal any possible nerve compression issues going on or herniated discs.once your legs are off with regards to length, well,it can cause problems within any of the hip, knee and other weight bearing joints, along with areas of the spine that would also be affected.my father had alot of low back problems and knee issues, along with numbness and tingling form the nerve affectation just from having one leg that was about an inch and a half shorter than the other.an MRI for you at this point could just reveal the bigger issues within your spine area.your symptoms just fit with low back nerve affectation to some degree, you just need to find out exactly what those problem areas are.then i would see the ortho for a full evaluation along with bringing your MRIs.your primary doc can refer you for the MRI.i wish you luck.hopefully things are not yet too bad and can be fixed before permanent nerve damage takes place.please keep us posted on how things are going,K?
