| | Any idea on a virus I may have?
Hi, my name is Tom and I'm 17. I've been very paranoid about illness ever since I was a child, I take viruses/bugs very seriously, especially if they have unique symptoms. I was wondering if anybody has ever had similar symptoms to what I am having.
It began on Monday when I believed I was dehydrated. I have a history of not drinking enough and when I went to the toilet my urine was very yellow. I began drinking but shortly after I developed a headache, chills, a feeling of tiredness and sickness to the point where I was nearly sick. I went to bed but shortly after, woke up feeling heavy with skin that was sensitive to touch, but the sickness had gone. These symptoms were very similar to past dehydration I have had. The next day, I felt relatively better but again failed to drink enough. I felt relatively okay throughout the day, and attended a meeting with the Conservative Party at night. I came home at around 10:30pm and had a late dinner, then went to bed. I woke up at 3:00am and could feel sick coming up to my throat, I dismissed this as food repeating on me and went to sleep. Yesterday, I went to Manchester with friends and drank a bottle of water, my urine was crystal clear but I began to feel weak and sick again. I had to go canvassing with the Conservative Party and then attended a meeting at 7:00pm. I arrived home at 9:00pm and vomited 3 times, 2 times, nothing came up, but on the final one I brought up a small amount. In addition to all of this, I have a loss of appetite, and yesterday I could not even eat a small plate of my favourite food, but at this current moment I do not feel tired or heavy, but very, very mildly sick and do not feel like eating, which is not like me. I have heard of stomach bugs that make people lose appetite and vomit after eating/drinking. It would really ease my mind if anybody could possibly tell me what is wrong with me. I hate to be silly and paranoid, only that I grew up around death/illness a lot and it has had a big impact on me. Thanks!
