Unhappy infection? aids? meningitis?
somebody please tell me what is wrong with me, im freaking out because it could be a serious problem. i cant turn me head left, right, up or down because it is stiff and hurts when i try. i cant eat or drink without feeling like somebody is punching me in the neck when i swallow. I have lost my appetite and dont feel like socialising with anyone. I have been getting migranes 24/7 for the past 2 days and im now starting to see a rash and swelling on my neck. somebody please tell me what they think it is or what i should do. thanks

You need to go to the doctor. It sounds like it could be strep and if so, that needs to be treated. I am not saying its not menigitis either, but I think if it were and you had had it for two days, you would be way too sick to post here.

still neck is a sign of menigitis you should get it check out

Those are all symptoms of meningitis, you should really see a doctor because this is serious.
