Bad thoughts

I had a bad thought about harming family now i cant forget about it and im keep on thinking about it and its keep on making me wanna do it i wouldn't think about it if i could forget it!
What can i do to forget it?

I couldn't find anywhere else this could go.
Please help

check out the ocd board......it sounds like what you experience is "intrusive thoughts"

Go to the OCD board but also see a therapist for help. You can be helped.
