Can you have food poisoning without vomiting and diarrhea?
I was so ill yesterday and i still dont feel right this morning, my stomach feels so ill, we h ad a bbq on sat and i think i might of eaten something dodgy.

Yes it is possible. Some people don't vomit easily. The diarrhoea can take up to 2 days or so to appear, so don't relax yet.

im not even sure is it food poisoning im really not sure what it is. yesterday i was in bed all day, was a tiny bit sick in the morning. stomach felt so upset. now today both my sides are sore aswell as still not feeling good. i have put it down to food poisoning but im really not sure.

I had food poisoning twice and my worst problems were stomach and abdominal cramps that lasted several days. I don't vomit easily..
