Difference in legs

My friend's right leg is 0.5 inch thinner than left leg. He has no pain or problem in walking whatsoever. He is absolutely fit in every other respect.
But we can observe it easily when both legs are seen together.

I just want to know if there is anything serious in it. Also if there is any treatment for it. Please respond if anyone has the answer.

Neal

Re: Difference in legs

very few people are symmetrical.. sometimes people have slight differences in leg length, or they simply favor one over the other which can cause differences in muscle build from one leg to the other. Unless this difference has come on suddenly, there is nothing to worry about.
