I would reccomend having a physical by a Dr and blood work to rule out anything that may be going on physically such as diabetes, thyriod or anemia.
Other than that it might just be a lifestyle change that is needed... you will have to force yourself to get up and get moving. It takes about 6 months to make a complete lifestyle change, so you have to actively work at it. Simple things can get it started, like taking a stroll twice a day for at least 20 minutes to get into the sunshine (sunlight helps our bodies metabolize vitamin D from milk and is known to help alleviate mild or seasonal depression) and raise your metabolism a bit.
If all that doesn't kill you makes you stronger then just call me SuperMan
