Unhappy Concerned about insecticides in mothballs

I'm a bit concerned and I hope someone can help me. I have been using anti-moth papers in my locker which you simply put on a clamp. They contain:
Empenthrin,Transfluthrin and Chlorpyrifos.
At the bottom of my locker I stored a few huge plastic tubs which contain protein powder. The tubs have a plastic cap and I also close them after opening them but somehow they do not seem to be airtight because now my locker smells like the powder. But recently I read how dangerous moth balls are and now I'm concerned. I took a look at those moth papers and they contain chlorpyrifos! It says keep away from children and food. Do you think that this stuff can evaporate and this way contaminate my protein powder through the plastic tub?
Is this possible? I hope not. I never thought about this.

Re: Concerned about insecticides in mothballs

I'd say if we look deeply into any item we would be scared out of our skin.
I normally just go for it. Just about every item i can think of have been labeled as bad for some reason.

Yeah, that's also true. Knowing too much can be a burden as well.
