Question Biceps tendonitis and numbness

After a trip to the urgent doctors on Saturday morning and being diagnosed with biceps tendonitis, I walked away with a handful of prescriptions and some exercises to do.

It's slowly healing, I assume, but my job does not really permit me to rest it like I should.

I am concerned, however, because at least twice I have had episodes of numbness over my bicep, the side closest to my body.

Would this be caused by any of my prescriptions (Vicodin/ Flexeril/ Ibuprofen), is it part of the tendonitis, or something else altogether?

Re: Biceps tendonitis and numbness

Talk to your Dr & have him give you something to give your boss, telling him you need to rest at times. I had tendonitis too, in my forearm (from mopping quickly every night at work. I quit the job, also because my co-workers thought I was a just rich lady (I'm not) so would only snear(sp) at me thus it wasn't a good job.) I couldn't carry anything. Even holding a coffee cup hurt.
