Need help

Well Im trying to get into good physical shape for when I leave for the Navy...When I start my running work out I do fine for about 10mins then after that my calfs start to tighten up...Ive tried eating Banannas and what not...I drink enough water....Can someone please help me out here???

Foxpaws,

Try several stretching exercises to loosen you calfs.Many stores have a leg cramp meds.Tonic water has quinine in it and it will releive the cramps.

Congrats on the navy,my daughter just graduated boot camp,it was awesome to see.
