Question about Ginkgo, Ginger, and Grape Seed Extract
Hi! Im looking for something natural to improve my blood circulation (i suspect i have poor blood flow cause i have cold hands and feet and hair loss), but at the same time i want to make my blood vessels stronger (i suspect they are not very strong because i can see those tiny veins in my eyes, and also i have some spider veins in my feet).
So, more peripheral blood flow would improve my hair loss, my cold hands and feet, and event prevent some of my vascular migraine.
The problem is they say Ginkgo can increase risk of having an hemorrhage, because it decreases platelet aggregation. They also say the same about Ginger.
And what about Grape Seed Extract? I think it is safer than those two. But maybe less effective... So...my question is...Why do they say Ginkgo, Ginger and Grape Seed make blood vessels stronger, but then they say they can cause hemorrhages? I don't think the two concepts are compatible...
Thank you
