| Self Service Medical A Way For The Future or A Step Backwards for lazy Doctors???
I woke up this morning - again - and my throat was completely lacking any moisture and I struggled and struggled to swallow, when I did manage to it felt as though I had swallowed a mouth full of razor blades *Ouch*
On top of this I had lost my voice, which kind of upset the morning because my son lost his shoes and I couldn't raise my voice and he was bewildered lol  For the past 7-10 days my ears have being sore, full and with fluid on the ear drum (which my GP didn't treat when i saw him for it 7 days ago), I've also had a congested nose, low grade fever, achy and just to make today special - - bleeding throat - -
When I went to see my doctor, he couldn't be bothered  He told me my throat was perfectly normal and couldn't see any problem - - then look harder you idiot I don't bleed from the throat for no reason!! He didn't really think anything was wrong and I was taking up precious time....
when I came home I looked up the net to check my symptoms and low and be hold I have all the symptoms of Bacterial Laryngitis .... So is this the way of the future, self-service general medical treatment and diagonisis?
