Spleen problem? Wouldn't it show up on CT?

Can there still be a problem with the spleen even if there is no enlargement or anything that shows up on an abdominal CT scan?

It's highly unlikely that there is anything wrong with your spleen that didn't show up on a CT scan. An xray? Yes. But a CT? No, not likely.
