Question help on irritation.

i've noticed for awhile now, that anything and everything can trigger irritation. i've been put on several pills before including depression. i recently found out i'm anemic. and i did some researching, and it said anemia can cause irritation. however, they gave me zinc pills. i'm required to take one a day, in which i do. i however, still am irritated. my sister gave me vitamin a pills to try. i'll probally start trying tomorrow, are there any more suggestions? because i'm tired of taking out my frustration on everyone else and not even having a soloution.

Re: help on irritation.

Do you mean mood irritation or skin/other organ irritation?

From the OPs post I would think it was mood irritation. OP have you tried somewhere like Holland and Barrat (sp?) they are normally very good at suggesting possible herbal remedies.
