blood clot?

yesterday i had this bad pain in my shoulder area when i moved my arm that hasnt gotten any better. it hurts when i press on my shoulder and thats where the pain is comng from whenever i move my arm. i had a blood clot 3 yrs ago from apendix surgery and the pain feels the same sort of. is it possible to get a clot in my shoulder. where im pressing where the pain is feels like a bone or muscle. any ideas? thanks

er sd i have calicium deposits on my right shoulder thats causing inflamataion and pain so there giving me a cordizone shot tomm.
