acute very intense abdominal pain
I have no idea what happened to me earlier tonight but it freaked me out. I went out for a walk for an hour, felt absolutely fine, and as soon as I got back and stopped moving, I immediately got this extremely intense stabbing pain across my lower abdomen which was relieved almost immediately by diarrhea. This occurred in waves for 15 minutes, and the pain was so intense that I broke out into a sweat and if I hadn't been sitting, there was no way I'd be able to stand at all, and I would have rather had been in fetal position.
I've since been feeling quite okay, with a very, very dull general pain and slight nausea, nothing serious enough for me to feel like something is terribly wrong. I've never experienced anything like it before, not with pain that intense. Any ideas? I'm a tad worried it may happen again, since I'm not sure what actually caused it.
