Short of breath

I'm a fat guy, let's just start out with that, and I was wondering and asking the obvious but I've been real short out of breath latley and I was wondering if it was my diet or if it's just my plain old fat making it harder for me to breath. This happens only when I'm walking and what-not. Does sucking in the gut cause problems of breathing? I'm trying to jump back into cardio exercising like I use to will that help?

Also I eat a lot of steak, baked or grilled, is that bad for weight loss? or maybe that's the reason why I don't breath very well.

Re: Short of breath

Hi, sorry to hear you are short of breath, this just happened to me this week and I went to the hospital and found out I had heart problems! Please go to your doctor for a check up it is really important, I did not realise that shortness of breath or breathlessness was so dangerous to your health, I also had fluid in my lungs which was making it impossible to walk even just 3 feet! Good luck. regards Jan Cas
