foods that help me focus?

ok i havent eating good mostly fast food and i dont get good vitamins out of it..what food will give me lots of energy and will help me focus my mind because my mind and eye balls fell like their floting...any suggestions? thanks

peanut butter is a good food for this, you could eat it with crackers, apple slices, celery, ect. they call it "brain food" and I used to eat it when studying for a test.
