The last year I have been noticing a small pea-sized hard object in my arm. It sits in the front of the elbow, right beside 2 other veins.
Could this be a dead vein caused by 2-3 years of pretty much total inactivity? I notice it most when I work out physically with my arms, it gets more pushed out and become visible aswell. It feels like a small soft pea, but too deep to say for sure if it is a dead vein or not.
I am a 25 year old male, I suppose this is the age when it starts going downhill and you need to work to maintain a good health
Should I have this checked out?
