the others are very right,get thee to an ER very very soon.hopefully you already are?you probaly lost alot of blood if you actually vomited like that for ten whole minutes?was this just bright red blood or was it looking somewhat like coffee grounds or blackish too?tho there could be many possible reasons for vomiting up blood,none of them are real good to have and you are actively bleeding from somewhere.that needs identifying now vs later when other problems could develop.hope things turn out okay,please give us an update when you can.
