Hi i know there is more important issues on this board but i would like some advice.
Its not acne but i regulary break out in many spots on my face, i wash twice a day but it dosnt help.
Can anyone recommend any good spot solutions?
Thanx
Proactiv is a good product. I used to break out all of the time but now I rarely ever do using it just before bed. I use there face wash that's called renewing cleanser as a mask actually every night and my face has never been so clear since using it. First I wash my face with a gentle cleanser to get the makeup off and then put the renewing cleanser on as a mask and leave it on for about 10-15 minutes so it really gets deep down into my poors then rinse off. They also have a mask you can use but I find using the cleanser as a mask works really well.

Reason: wanted to add info
I'm not sure if it's available in the UK but you can order it online. Due to the board rules I can't post any site where you can buy it though. Just do a search online for it.
I can't say for sure how long before it would work for you but for me it was about 2 weeks and my face was totally clear. You really have to be faithful about using it though. If I skip even one night I will break out again. You can also use it morning and night if you want but it seemed to work well enough for me just using once a day at night.
The directions say to just wash with it but I tried it like that and it did nothing for me. When I use it as a mask it does wonders. It actually has time to soak deep into the poors and skin. Just make sure to remove all makeup before putting it on so there is nothing blocking it from soaking in. That's just been my experience with using it.
When you are doing your research don't be shocked by the price. It's about $15.00 for a 4 ounce bottle plus shipping if you order online. It's totally worth it though. With how I use it washing my face first and then putting it on as a mask after that it lasts a few months. You don't need a really thick layer just put it on like your washing your face with it but then leave it on for 15 minutes.
I have used Proactive before. It's ok, depending on what kinds of pimples you have. If you have health insurance, I highly recommend going to see a dermatologist. I used to pay $ to buy Proactive. Then I found I could spend less $ using my health insurance to get simliar/better products. If you have coverage, it's really worth going to see a dermatologist!
