| What is this? Help Plz
Hi,
I have been experiencing very sharp and intense abdominal pain when I pass a normal stool. This happened earlier today. The pain was quite sharp and lasted for roughly 30 minutes and I still have a pressure feeling there now. Also there was 10 spots of fresh red blood on the tissue when I wiped. This has never happened to me before. The bleeding is coming from my anus. My anus does feel quite itchy and I haven't scratched it so I don't know why Im bleeding.
I thought it might be hemarroids at first but I don't think you experience severe abdominal pain on the right side when passing a stool with this. So I don't know. I have noticed that earlier my stool did look almost black...well very leathery brown and several times I've noticed there is undigested food in the stool....not a lot but some.
What is this? Its never happened before and I'm concerned. Thank you.
