 having some problems
hey there.. today i have been running a fever and had a sore throat and horseness... with coughing and sneezing and runny nose.. when i cough or sneeze it hurts down in my chest.. however to night i still had these symptoms but my upper muscles (upper back, between shoulder blades, shoulders, out both my arms and my chest mucsles) started to hurt so bad i could not move because to pain was so bad it made me cry.. i also had very thick tar like vomit.. it was so thick to the point where i almost choked and had to cough it up... does anyone know what this is... please help
