I have been using the same exercise routine for months and always get the most winded doing leg squats.
tonite when i did my squats as normal--I got winded as normal--but what was different was i did not get my breath back in the normal amount of time--it took like 2-3 minutes longer for me to get back my breath--it felt different and I was little scared--any insight?

Is it possible that you have asthma? There are, I believe different types such as excersize induced. I don't know much about it really just heard about it and thought I would share this info.
Asthma? Not that I know about--let me do a little research on it. I play tons of sports and am in great shape--but 30 years of smoking might have lefdt some permanent damage. I get winded running around but i return to regular breathing quite regularly--except tonite. I did a few more exercises tonite--fely a little strange--so stopped
