 burning pain in right wrist
i'm having this burning pain in my right wrist. but it only comes when i do certain things, like bend over to pick something up, pull up my underwear and pants after i use the restroom. i looked up the symptoms for carpal tunnel, but i'm dont have any of those symptoms. then i looked up pinched nerve. under the symptoms for pinched nerve it says burning sensation and tingling sensation. so could this be a pinched nerve? if so, what over the counter medications could i take?
