I've been nauseous for about 4 months, the first two it was on and off throughout the day and sometimes not even every day, then two months ago it became an everyday thing. My energy dropped, I started to sleep 10-12 hours a day simply cause getting out of bed made me feel worse. Although I was nauseous everyday all day it was tolerable unless I got to active.. 2 weeks ago the intensity of the nasuea increaed, the slightest movement makes me want to vomit, and I've been so tired no matter how much sleep I get its not enough, I'm awake maybe 5 hours a day at best lately. I dont know if this has anything to do with it, but I also get dizzy when I stand or walk around, and I have problems with my vision getting blurry randomly.
I'm so tired of feeling like this..any idea what it could be?
Hi Dana,
only two things i can think of.. one is to get yr iron levels checked , that would be through a blood test, if thats the case. Easily fixed with some iron supplemants, and secondly any chance that you could be pregnant??? Either way you might need to see a doctor.
Keep us posted .
Have you been checked for Mono yet ? It sounds exactly like what I when through when I had Mono ..they do a veyr simple blood test to check it ..get you bett to the doctor and tell him what you've been going through !
I went to urgent care last night after I wasnt able to hold anything down.
They did a urine test for pregnancy it came back neg. (I told her I took two home test just a week ago.) I tried to explain my concerns but she didnt listen to well. Then she sent me back to the lab so they could test my blood for pregnancy. she has it in her mind that my problems are cause by me being pregnant. anyways they said they would call me if the blood test was positive. (it is a posiblity but come on three tests say neg..)
Anyways..I see another doctor on the first of november, prehaps this doctor will let me explain my problems a bit better. Cause the doc who saw me wouldnt let me explain a thing or ask any questions. Untill then I'll just keep taking my vitamins ( i started taking a multivitamin three days ago) and getting rest.
dont know your age but could be perimenopause symptoms.....i had the same symptoms plus many others they have now subsided since u started a daily vitamin regiment......i also gave up dairy for soy...good luck pammcat
