For about a week now i've had a headache which is pretty bad. It hurts mainly when i'm stood up but doing something like going down the stairs, jumping etc. It doesn't hurt when i'm just walking. Seems as though theres something in between my brain and skull when my head moves up and down. Its starting to worry me as its been in the same place for a week now. Also, for the past three months i've been sneezing which at first i thought was a cold but when i blow my nose, it comes out white which means theres no infection right? I'm thinking its maybe an allergy. I'm still worried about this headache that just wont go away, i've tried painkillers but they do nothing.

Can anyone tell me if its anything to worry about or not. Everytime i wake up in the morning i'm just hoping its gone, but its still there.

Please help me!

I am not sure, of course, but you should try to go see an ENT (Ear, nose and throat) doctor. I have had those symptoms and it was sinus pressure. Sometimes, a sinus infection doesn't turn colors for a while. But the sneezing could be a clear sign. Also, sinus' really can make you foggy or off balance. There could be something else underlying, but it is the season for this...so go to the doctor and don't worry to much.. Stress will definitely make anything worse

This does look like a sinus infection.

That banging in the head on jumping up and down is what i get after a bad cold.
