Im a 25 year old female and lately i have been so so hungry, and no matter what i eat, i never fill up. In the past year i have found out that I have a high intolerance to Dairy and also a mild wheat intolerance. I have pretty much cut out dairy, except for chocolate, but still eat wheat as i am able to tolerate it most of the time, but lately i have noticed more and more IBS type symptoms (constipation, bloating, stabbing abdominal pain and diarrhoea) and also this feeling of hunger all day long. I have lost quite a lot of weight in the last year and I keep active, so i do tend to eat a lot normally, so i dont understand why im so hungry still! I go through periods of eating so much, but have not put on a pound...Im wondering if my food intolerances are causing my body not to absorb anything, so im getting no energy or satiation from food?
I would really appreciate some advice on what i should do as this is driving me crazy!
