| Multiple Symptoms - No Diagnosis for Abdominal pain
Here is the presenting problem (16 year old girl) - shows as intense stomach pain. Ultrasound and Cat scans show cortical thinning of one kidney, and smaller in size (thought to be due to recent scarring). There is a history of Pyelonephritis, an ascending urinary tract infection, and cysts throughout body, includy one on the breast that disappeared by itself. There also appears to be a uterine abnormaity in that the uterus is heterogeneous. There are scattered inguinal nodes bilaterally that appear to be reactive. There has also been specific and located joint swelling without injury.
