Stomach "Noises"
Hey everyone. I am pretty new to the boards here. My stomach, for the past couple of years now, has been making noises unexpectedly. It does this when I am not even hungry. All of a sudden, if I am sitting in a quiet room, it rumbles. Sometimes I can feel it building up. It is not gas or anything like that. It is just a noise in my stomach. Sometimes it isn't loud and sometimes it is. Can anyone tell me what this is and how to get rid of it?

It's probably trapped wind. If it was serious you prob would be having other symptoms by now.
