I hear beats in my ear every now and then.

Hey,Sorry if I posted this in the wrong section, Because I dont know half the words in this forum, because I'm only 12 and I came here to find out why I'm hearing little beats in my ear...it goes away sometimes but comes back it doesnt hurt or anything, Its just annoying. It came to me today though so this is the first time so if anyone can tell me what it is and what can I do to get rid of it please post here. -Edit- Waiting.. for help.
