child w/stomach cramps, anal itching & bloody stool

My 7 yr old daughter has a been having stomach cramps (mild to severe...keeping her up until 1:00 AM). Her anus is itchy and she had loose, bloody stools this morning. She has a milk intolerance so we've eliminates all milk and milk proteins for now. She also has had pinworms, and we just had her take the med. for pinworms incase that was causing the itching. Itching is still occuring after med. She is a of average height, but extrememly wirey in build (looks "cut" in build she is so lacking in body fat). Any Ideas?

Bloody stools? That's pretty bad. Bloody stools can be the symptom of different cancers, or intestinal bleeding or something very serious! Take her to a doctor and let him tell you what's going on. Don't guess! Only Milk intolarence she has? So yes, the first to take off everything that's dairy. Nowadays it's not hard. I eat icecream which made of rice milk or soy milk! You have to find the right stores and she won't even notice she is not eating dairy. Dairy is not good for us anyway.

The pinworm meds may give her bad stomach cramps. Did she have those before she took the meds or after?

Dont panic about cancers at this stage, its highly unlikely. Go get her checked out though, dont leave anything to chance. Our cildren are precious.
