Hi,
I've been experiencing some lower abdominal pain for the last day or two. At first, I thought it was constipation, but since then I've had some bowel movements, so I'm thinking that I was just misinterpreting the feeling as constipation.
Primarily, I'm sore right along my belt-line, mostly in the area of my navel or below, but slightly stronger on the left side. At first, I'd feel the pain while standing, and when sitting, the pain would "move down" and result in a constipated feeling. Now, I feel mostly fine sitting down (occasionally slightly constipated), but the pain returns when I stand up and walk around.
I haven't had a significant lack of appetite, and though I haven't had a fever, I've felt warm at night.
I'm at 35 y.o male, somewhat overweight.
Any ideas?
