Antibiotics
Can antibiotics make you feel really lathargic and tired?

Im taking 8 a day at moment for campylobacter infection. im guessing the infection is making me feel yuk too, but im so tired since i started these antibiotics, they are erythromycin by the way.

Yes they can make you lethargic.
Antibotics kills off good bacteria too. Make sure you drink lots of water and get some rest when you can.
