| Itcy knees and feet
Anyone know what this is and what I can do about it?
My knees get bright red and itch really bad and burn like a sunburn. I also get this sometimes on the tops of my feet and my hands. Also on the back of my shoulders or middle of my back but that only lasts for a few min. The worst part is my knees and my feet. The itching and burning is driving me crazy.
It's not always the same side. Moves back and forth from one knee or foot to the other but it's mostly on my left one.
This all doesn't make any sense to me. Cold packs help some but it comes back.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
