Here is what works for me, which I told y friends to do and has worked successfuly! Simple really but a few people said 'I doubt it hels' but it does lol...
1. Drink a lot of Energy/Stimulation Drinks...Best is LUCOZADE! (try others i.e; Powerade & Redbull)
2. Allways have a bit of fresh air by opening a window etc
3. Although doctors say get a lot of rest, try to keep ACTIVE!! This helps because instead of lying in bed, nothing is happening but when you keep active you are working of tiredness and excersizing your muscles. However, do get some rest.
4. Instead of paracetimal, use Lemzip tablets!! These actually work better!
5. Look out for COCO COLA PLUS!! This has what we all need and is essential to what we all need....VITAMINS
. So drink that also.
I hope this helps anyone with a cold or virus....I have a virus right now and it is horrible! It's blocking my ear also which is annoying...But by tomorrow I know I'll feel relief....I never go to doctors for viruses cause I use my own little method :P.
