Help

I still have partial surface numbness of my shoulder. (Using the finger with fingernail side down and glide across. I can barely barely feel.) My shoulder feels as if somebody has their 2 hands interlocked and is "Cuffing" my shoulder 24/7. My shoulder is quite stiff. I do have a little less mobility. I had a plate put in to fix my collarbone. This was nearly a Month and a half ago almost. The doctor didnt prescribe me any therapy. He directly released me to work with restrictions of "Less than 30lbs lifting and No repetative motion above head." Its a good thing my work would not allow me back until I can perform full duties because i can probably only pick up about 15lbs. I did have an evaluation for it at my physical therapy place. (I have physical therapy for my wrist.) They said I definately need therapy. I have great weakness and a little less mobility. The physical therapist is calling my doctor and reporting to him the findings and beliefs. Will all of this become better after physical therapy and the electronic stimulation? Will I experience the cuffing feeling all the time now?
