I feel like my chest bone is popped out or something..
As a 15 year old, I don't get much exercise, I am out of shape a bit, and recently I did some walking and jogging more than I ever have. I've been feeling it since I did it. (3 days ago). But I'm wondering, more recently the center top part of my chest feels like it popped out or something. It hurts really badly and I can't seem to figure out for sure what to do. It doesn't look popped out but it's making me a little nervous, which maybe why I'm breathing heavier but anyways.. any ideas?
