generally shaky at random times

My hands are always shaky. Sometimes I won't even notice them shaking when performing daily tasks unless a friend tells me. It seems to be more apparent when my heart rate increases. So if I get nervous, the shakiness is more noticeable. It gets even worst when I get nervous because my lips will tremble sometimes when I try to smile. It's really embarrassing because the lips are the first thing people look at when I speak.

I have family history of diabetes and hyperthyroidism but recent doctor checkup shows that I'm fine. What could be the problem? Please help, thanks!
