Vomiting before meals
For a while now (few weeks on and off) this has been happening. I find before lunch I tend to get very anxious and agitated. Then when I go to eat, I vomit. All that comes up is green bile. Then Im fine, it feels that Ive released a lot of pressure from my stomach and I'm relaxed and can eat fine. I also find that my stool is quite loose and I am going very regularly. I have a lot of trapped wind also. My diet isn't bad. I try to eat a lot of dairy, fibre etc and I exercise regularly. Does this sound like anything to anyone? I find it doesn't happen as much when I'm relaxed, like at the weekend etc, maybe it is stress related?
