My Mom had bursting blood vessels just anywhere, making little "stars" i.e.***s and pills of bioflavenoids fixed the problem. She was, also, a heavy smoker, and never did quit smoking though she quit the pills saying they "cured" her.. Eventually she died of an inoperable burst blood vessel when she was 80 and otherwise debilitated with body pain and needing an oxygen concentrator in order to breath. Quit smoking. Take bioflavenoids. Check other health factors, too. Good luck with it Quitting is very difficult. Duncanguy
