I just noticed that on the right side of my nose, it was bleeding and I don't have a clue as to why. I don't have high blood pressure but I do have allergies. It got kind of warm in the house so I turned on the air and then an hour or so later is when I noticed the nose bleed. Any ideas?
I get this a lot too, esp. in winter. It's from the dry air, allergies, etc. Could also be a slight cold. If it's real bad then you have to get it looked at, but a small one, like when you blow your nose, is nothing much to worry about unless you feel sick.
In the winter the driness in the house can contribute to nosebleeds. If you run a cool mist humidifyer in your bedroom or run a larger floor humidfier The extra moisture that is provided will help prevent the nose bleeds.
