just how far are you trying to go here?you can't turn your head all the way to one side or what?could these just be muscle spasms?does it kind of feel like your head is being 'pulled" to one side or YOU are trying to do this?any pain to speak of going on in the neck while you are NOT trying to turn it?if you don't have a surgical fusion in your neck,you can actually turn it pretty far.it is made to do that.of course there IS a limit.FB
