Partially Hydrogenated and Fully Hydrogenated
I'm looking at a few products here, and getting a little confused.
I have vanilla pudding that says: "Less than 1.5% of Hydrogenated Oil" but it doesn't say "Partially".
Now I know that partially is very dangerous because of the Trans fat it has. I know that fully hydrogenated is better than partially.
But I've never seen just "Hydrogenated"?
